Intel 10th General 'Comet Lake' Mobile CPUs announced

Intel has introduced another 10th gen processor, which can confuse users. Mobile CPUs are a generation leap easier than anything Intel has done in the past few years.
Intel 10th General 'Comet Lake' Mobile CPUs announced

Performance

Comet lake processors are designed to increase the clock speed and increase performance. To that end, Comet was introduced to the first U-Series processor with 6-core and 12-threads (Core i7-10710U). Intel claims purple lake chips offer 16% better performance than end-gen CPUs. It is based on benchmarks between the six-core Core i7-10710U and the latest XPS 13 powered processor, the Four-Core Core i7-8565U.
Moreover, when exporting files to Office 365, new chips must be 40% faster than previous processors. Intel offers a longer battery life but does not offer specifications. The graphics are not the strong suit of Comet Lake. You would expect a slightly better graphics performance than the eighth-gen chips because the Comet Lake CPUs are still paired with UHD graphics

Features

Comet Lake CPUs support the LPDDR4X, LPDDR3, and DDR4 memory speeds of up to 2,666 transfers per second (MT / s) and Intel Optane Memory H10 with SSD.Integrated Thunderbolt for charging devices, transferring superfast data, and connecting to an EGPU or multiple 4K monitors. It is up to the laptop manufacturer to decide whether to use the connection, but the Comet Lake CPUs (and Lake of Ice) are expected to expand the port. Fifth Generic Comet Lake CPUs also support future proof features
